  • Therapy traditionally helps you understand how you became who you are.

  • Coaching focuses on forward movement and accountability but doesn’t advise.

  • Consultancy offers direction, advice and strategy.

My work brings these strands together.

We use therapeutic insight when it’s helpful, coaching to bring self-directed meaningful change and consultancy to provide the tools you need to make and sustain progress. Alongside this, I bring lived experience, which frames how I think and work.

How it works

You book an initial session (FOC) so we can figure out the best way forward.

I run an assessment session (around 1.5 hours) to build a plan and timeline for our work together

We start the work! This usually means 30 minutes - 2 hours a week of sessions with weekly whatsapp support and regular progress reviews along the way.

£100 PER HOUR.

£60 PER HALF-HOUR
